Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy: We kindly ask that all clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time will not incur a fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged 50% of the total cost of the booked service. This policy is in place to respect our technicians’ time and to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
